US interest in investing in NZ continues to increase, year by year. Many investors have an interest in residency through the active investor visa program. This is our target demographic to invest in NZ
US investors are accustomed to the "Capital Rounds" based investment pricing model which recognizes that the decreasing risk delivered by each round, enables higher priced, follow-on capital rounds. This is the one we apply to companies that list in the Showcase.
US investors typically expect that any early-stage company that they invest in, will deliver a stock exchange listing as the exit platform. NZ companies that list in the Showcase, will have this vision bullt into their business plan and the Private Placement Memorandum that they have produced to support their post seed stage capital expansion rounds.
